Senior Business Analyst (Dublin CA)

Our corporate offices are in Dublin CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home.

We are growing and looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly curious analytical and passionate about using data analytics to make a business impact with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insight. He/She will partner closely with his/her peers in analytics product marketing and engineering teams across the company to drive a deeper understanding of our business and identify opportunities for growth. He/She has strong business acumen and will assist stakeholders with analytics reporting and tell stories through dashboards and ad hoc solutions.

Responsibilities to include

  • Perform indepth analysis of customer and financial data to generate insights identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to support companys strategies and key objectives
  • Design and deploy automated dashboards reports and visualizations to measure performance of key financial and business metrics against operational goals and initiatives
  • Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses of complex datasets using descriptive statistics and other analytical techniques to understand patterns uncover insights and help improve revenue and products
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with product marketing and other teams to provide actionable insights identify new opportunities and help make datadriven decisions
  • Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of our analytical framework and data reporting infrastructure with a focus on sharing transparency and documentation
  • Communicate analytical insights and recommendations to technical as well as nontechnical audiences

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in STEM Business or similar quantitative discipline
    4 years experience in data analytics
  • 1 years experience with business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g. Quicksight Tableau PowerBI etc. and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe etc.
  • Proficient in SQL with experience in writing queries for large complex data sets
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Highly analytical with strong problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly Collaborative and team player
  • Familiarity with Data science/machine learning
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • Selfstarter and able to work independently

Preferred Experience

  • Fintech experience
  • Building testing and productionizing machine learning models
  • Python / R

Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $120000.00 and $160000.00 depending upon experience.
