ISMG is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual materials for various marketing channels including web print social media and more. This role requires a strong understanding of design software a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials including brochures flyers website graphics social media posts email templates presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay uptodate on current design trends and technologies.
- Prepare files for print and digital production.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- Experience within B2B digital web digital magazinestyle layouts and print design is a must.
- Experience as an inhouse or agency designer
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc. and Figma/ Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography color theory layout composition).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with web design and/or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- Graphics production skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS WordPress
