Check figures postings and documents for accuracy. Organize secure and maintain all files records in accordance with policies and procedures and in accordance with condominium documents for all Residence owners tenant and vendor files. Record store access and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify code and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals ledgers and/or computers. Prepare maintain audit and distribute statistical financial accounting auditing or payroll reports and tables. Complete periodend closing procedures and reports as specified. Review reconcile and process all Residence owner association dues received maintain and monitor accounts receivable and prepare all collection processes in accordance with governing documents and state statutes as deemed applicable. Process all Invoices received from vendors and customers maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Periodic reconciliation of accounts payable balances with vendor statements as required by Director of Residences or other policies and procedures. Assist in the reconciliation of ledger balances as needed. Assist with document accumulation related to unit sales maintaining updated Residence owner rosters with all required information.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of Residence owners and coworkers. Anticipate and address Residence owners service needs; assist other employees to maintain proper coverage and prompt guest service. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
The pay range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour and may offer 401(k) plan earned paid time off and/or sick leave stock purchase plan discounts at Marriott properties commuter benefits employee assistance plan childcare discounts and other wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility waiting period contribution and other requirements and conditions.
