Key Responsibilities:
Employee Dispatch & Travel Coordination:
Assign jobs to employees based on project needs availability and qualifications.
Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation for field employees.
Respond to employee requests for logistical support and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Ensure employees receive all necessary documentation and project details before deployment.
Administrative Support:
Process credit card reports expense reports pay reviews and approvals.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting procedures.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining operational documentation.
Organize and track equipment logistics and project resource allocation.
Business Development & Customer Coordination (U.S. Market Dredging & Dewatering):
Assist with customer outreach to schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager in the U.S. market.
Maintain customer records and support salesrelated administrative tasks.
Follow up with potential clients regarding dredging and dewatering services.
Key Skills Knowledge and Competencies:
Education: Associate in administration logistics or a related field or equivalent experience. (work experience may be substitute for education)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in operations dispatch logistics or administrative support.
Language: Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written); French is a plus.
Technology: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently.
Experience in employee dispatch travel coordination or logistics is an asset.
Familiarity with industrial or environmental services particularly dredging and dewatering is an advantage.
Must be willing to travel 1015 to jobsites.
