We have an exciting opportunity for Store Manager in London United Kingdom:
Who You Are:
The Store Manager isresponsible for building and leading a team that is dedicated to driving the business leading with responsibility for all aspects of the management of the store
What Youll Do:
People
o Inspire lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery andaccountability.
o Recruit top talent training and developing staff to build a team of true MK Ambassadors.
o Drive team retention ensuring actionable Talent and Succession plans are in place.
o Support implement and provide followup for all training and onboarding for new joiners.
o Proactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with HR Department.
o Partner with DM to review integrity of PTS identifying opportunities to improve.
Service
o Lead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customerexperiences to
drive loyalty and repeat business.
o Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all availableclientelingapps.
o Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales
o Build and maintain good communication with District Manager and members of corporate officemall office
retail partners and other stores collaborating and influencing to drive performanceacross the district.
Sales
o Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
o Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
o Work with Team on Quarterly Planners to ensure the best business plans are set to achievetargets.
Operations
o Ensure store schedule is optimized having right people right place right time.
o Collaborate with DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensureexecution
of effective strategies.
o Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store usingproduct tools effectively to maintain size and style integrity.
What Youll Need:
Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fastpaced retailer
Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fastpaced challenging environment
Excellent organizational interpersonal and followup skills with attention to detail and accuracy
