Job Title: Assistant Principal Reports to: Principal
Start Date: July 2025 Contract Length: 212 days

Primary Purpose:

Serve as the Clifton High School Assistant Principal

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Masters degree
Texas principal certificate
Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (TTESS) or ability to be certified.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of campus operations.
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness.
Ability to implement policy and procedures.
Ability to interpret data.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Eduphoria. Ascender and Google.
Strong interpersonal skills that allow for effective and respectful communication with students staff parents families and community.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to be flexible.
