AssociateJob Description & Summary
We are seeking Associate Level 2 and 3 Atlassian Products Support Engineers to join our team. In this role you will be pivotal in providing technical support for Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. You will collaborate with our clients and partners to deliver effective support solutions that align with their business requirements.As an Atlassian Products Support Engineer you will:
Provide technical support for Atlassian products ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Manage and optimize application performance security and operational tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira Confluence and associated tools
Work closely with other support engineers developers architects and project managers within our organization
Managing Jira Projects and Confluence Spaces on both Cloud and selfhosted versions
Support daily tickets and requests on both Jira and Confluence to create new Jira projects workflows custom fields and Confluence Spaces
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Applications Technical Support Domain
Proficient in supporting Atlassian products particularly Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with application support tools and methodologies
Experience with scripting and automation tools
Knowledge of IT service management and agile methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English
Desirable:
Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP620 Managing Jira Cloud Projects Certification or Similar Atlassian Certification
Essential skills & attributes:
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills
Ability to work within a fastpaced & unstructured environment.
Excellent time management communication and organizational skills
Ability to interact efficiently and collaborate with team members
Education:
University
Bachelors education in a Computer Science/ IT / Communications Engineering
Desired Languages:
Fluent (English) Speaking and Writing
