Hire Resolves client in the Transport Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Vehicle Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Cost control Detailed cost management including expenses such as general vehicle repairs vehicle rotation tires fuel licensing breakdowns accidents and insurance claims
- EToll account management
- Fuel management Communicate all new fuel card orders fuel card cancellations faulty etags and fuel limit alignment to the fleet provider
- Managing drivers licenses Ensure drivers licenses are valid and report all irregularities to HR and management immediately
- Accident management insurance cover and claims
- Manage the order processing installation and rollout of vehicle modifications.
- Vehicle register and checklist Ensure all new vehicle details are captured internally and provided to the fleet management company along with all the applicable registration documents
Requirements:
- University Degree in Fleet Business Management Finance or similar
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Willing to travel
