As the successful candidate you will:
- Grow our sustainability consulting practice in the United States
- Lead client engagements including writing sustainability reports responding ESG related ratings setting sustainability goals conducting benchmarking and auditing.
- Providetechnical and peer review support for client deliverables
- Identifyand develop Sustainability related business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the global Environmental engineering and project teams liaising and supporting global peers
- Recruitdevelopand supportHatchs people
You bring to the role:
- PostSecondary education in sustainability environmentalengineering engineering science environmental science and/or related discipline
- Minimum 15years experiencein sustainability sustainable construction environmental management assessmentsetc.
- Demonstrated business development and client engagement experience
- Deep knowledge of the Environment and Sustainability market and clients in the United States
- Willingness for both domestic and international travel as work requires
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing highly successful teams
- Ability to lead mentor and inspire teams
- Effective open communication and presentation style with the ability to plan and deliver best in class high quality deliverables
- Indepth understanding of environmental legislation
