The ideal candidate will have:
Any Graduation/ Engineering Degree (preferably computerscience)/MCA or relevant experience
45years handson UI/UX design and development indepth experience with richtemplatebased designs and web design usability and development best practiceswith HTML CSS JavaScript frontend frameworks (Bootstrap) jQueryAngularJS CSS preprocessors (SASS LESS)
Responsive crossbrowser and crossplatform design mobileexperience Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator etc. color theorygraphic design mockups and prototyping testing / debugging and building fromconcept to deployment
Ability to convert static content into engaging interactiveexperiences
Sound experience in content management tools.
Knowledge of web content managementsystems like Adobe Experience Manager
Experience using Git / Bitbucket
Solidgrasp of usercentric design rapid prototyping heuristic evaluationusability and accessibility concerns
Abilityto take decisions and suggest alternatives with the changing priorities
Experienceworking with brand and/or design guidelines
Experiencewith Typescript and static type checking methodologies
Abilityto clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions
Abilityto work effectively in a virtual team setting including synthesizing abstractideas into concrete designs
Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Abilityto take initiative and interact with all levels of management; selfstarter
Goodrelationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapporttrust and confidence with internal marketing and communication teams
