Coast to Coast Distribution is a membershiponly retail warehouse primarily serving convenience store members but also open to the public. We sell most of our merchandise in bulk and directly off pallets. We are looking for a dependable and detailoriented Consolidator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role you will be responsible for picking orders preparing goods for shipment consolidating inventory and keeping the warehouse organized. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of products and maintaining high standards of member satisfaction. This is a handson role that offers the chance to be part of a growing team and make a direct impact on operations.
- Assist with pick pack and ship processes.
- Label products build totes and pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Consolidate inventory to optimize space utilization.
- Conduct inventory counts and control.
- Investigate misplaced items and assist with inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back orders.
- Handle company assets with care and attention.
- 95 of this job consists of handpicking customer orders.
- A team player with excellent communication skills able to deliver clear information to colleagues and vendors.
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment managing tasks with efficiency and urgency.
- Comfortable working in various conditions including refrigerated areas and capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience with Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks: At least 1 year of experience or willing to be trained onsite.
- Comfort with Heights: Capable of working at heights of 2530 feet.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Experience with RF scanners and Made4net.
- Inventory Management: Strong skills in receiving storing and verifying stock.
- Safety and Quality Standards: Knowledge of safety protocols including food handling and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in both refrigerated and ambient temperature zones.
- Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
