Program / Project:PRJHCM Enhancement Project Provide expertlevel PeopleSoft Application Architect and Development support to resolve backlogs and enhance the HCM system.
Day to Day Tasks:
The consultant must work within a designated team and coordinate with multiple developers in a technical team setting and perform expertlevel PeopleSoft Application Architect and Development Support tasks including:
Develop complex PeopleSoft programs and provide technical guidance to one or more developers and cross functional team members.
Perform research and provide technical direction to meet business needs with a focus on the Human Capital Management module as well as PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (Portal).
Analyze and assess the need for customizations versus workaround with delivered functionality.
Participate in Process Improvement work groups with customer agencies as needed
Analyze research and document Business rules for legacy application functions.
Write Structured Query Language (SQL) to be used to resolve data issues and diagnose problems
Provide and implement recommendations for Security at the Interaction Hub level and user access level
Produce documentation such as technical and functional documentation job aids as well as detailed options documentation based on the requirements gathered from the customer.
Provide support for environment upgrade activities.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Software Architect Makes highlevel design choices and dictates technical standards including software coding standards tools and platforms. Designs multileveled architecture or component interactions of a largescale software system.
Expert 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
84 months of experience developing customizations interfaces and programs in a PeopleSoft environment developing with PeopleTools.
84 months of experience customizing with PeopleCode and other PeopleSoft objects using PeopleSoft Application Designer.
84 months of experience using SQL against an Oracle relational database to support PeopleSoft related tasks working in a UNIX environment.
84 months of experience developing using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
84 months of experience programming within PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.2.
84 months of experience working with PeopleSoft Security.
84 months of experience using Workflow configuration with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
84 months of experience programming with PeopleSoft Interaction Hub 9.1
