Community Outreach Sales Coordinator Home Care PT/FT hours available

Schedule: MondayFriday 830a500p

Pay: $24.00/hour and bonus based on performance NO CAPPED BONUS

We are hiring a Home Health Care Community Liaison to help us scale our business in the area of home health care and private pay home care. Our parent company has been in existence for 20 years and now we are looking for someone to grow with us as we expand our service lines into home health care and medical staffing in Mecklenburg County. If you are an experienced salesperson ready to realize your potential join our dynamic Home Health Care team.

  • Preferably in Home Health Care services (or at least 1 year prior home care sales experience)
  • Skillful at identifying sales potential and lead generation
  • Adept at highlighting our differentiating features and services and how they resolve customer needs
  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field

REQUIRED TRAITS:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role preferably in the Home Health Care and/or Healthcare Staffing industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the home health care and healthcare staffing industry
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Effectively and professionally plan sales meetings and activities through phone and email while maximizing time efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular followups
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Upkeep client referral sources and data entry of sales efforts into our CRM database
  • Effectively convert prospects into clients
  • Meet sales objectives document appointments and provide weekly activity KPI reports
  • Use effective NETWORKING strategies to generate referral relationship meetings
