Job Description
Our client is currently looking to fill a permanent job for a Chief Engineer to work at luxury serviced apartments located near High Street Kensington London. Chief Engineer salary up to 35k. MF 95.
Job Duties
The Chief Engineer job is a hands on job role and will involve the following
- The Chief Engineer will ensure the fabric of the building is kept in excellent working order and maintained to a high standard.
- The Chief Engineer will work with the Maintenance Manager in supervising maintenance jobs and staff.
- Supervising external contractors and carrying out inspections.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates for the Chief Engineer job will have a good understanding of both mechanical and engineering plant and practical skills.
The Chief Engineer job role will preferably have worked in a supervisor job role in a hospitality environment.
Ideally have a qualification in a building trade discipline and have multi skilled maintenance experience.
The Chief Engineer will have strong attention to detail be a good communicator and well organised.
