We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) Project to oversee and manage the successful of our key projects. The AGM will be responsible for coordinating with various departments ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Team Leadership:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project and management.
Risk Management:
- Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Track project costs and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Approve project expenditures and ensure proper documentation.
Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
- Analyze project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
