About This Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Titan youll play a key role in shaping our product experience. Youll collaborate closely with engineering product brand and investor relations teams to craft thoughtful highimpact designs that elevate both user experience and business success.
Youll lead the design process for key product areastaking features from ideation to conducting research prototyping and ensuring toptier design quality. Youll also contribute to building a strong design culture refining processes and advocating for user insights across the organization.

What Youll Do
Own the design process for a product area from concept through .
Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand our clients needs.
Work closely with engineers and product managers to bring ideas to life.
Contribute to strategic product decisions and help evolve our design system.
Mentor and collaborate with fellow designers to elevate teamwide .
Help shape Titans design culture process and best practices.
What You Bring
45 years of experience in Product Design.
Strong UX UI and interaction design skills with a portfolio showcasing highquality work.
Experience designing for consumerfacing mobile and web products.
Interest in AI and how it can enhance user experiences through personalization automation or new interaction paradigms.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools like Principle or Origami.
A collaborative mindset with experience working in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Have
Passion for fintech and creating userfriendly financial experiences.
Strong eye for visual polish and interaction details.
Interest in shaping design culture and team processes.
Avid user of Titan!
