Job Description
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Weekly Pay: $1200 $1280
Only for local candidates
Shift Rotation: 4 shifts on 2 shifts off
- Provide essential medical care under RN and physician supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs & patient health status
- Administer medications and injections as directed
- Assist with personal hygiene mobility and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams
- Follow infection control and healthcare regulations
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license in Washington
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to assist patients with mobility
