Job Description

RAPP Dallas is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our awardwinning Technology team.

Part of Omnicoms Precision Marketing Group RAPP is comprised of 2000 creatives technologists strategists and data and marketing scientists across 15 global markets.

YOUR ROLE:

As the Enterprise Architect you will lead and oversee the architecture practice for your client portfolio managing a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing implementing and maintaining multifunctional technology solutions. This role will drive architectural vision establish technical standards and ensure alignment between business strategy and technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence across all platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse architecture team including management of offshore resources
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks standards and governance processes
  • Design and oversee implementation of highavailability cloudbased solutions
  • Create and maintain enterprisewide architecture documentation including data models system diagrams and integration patterns
  • Guide technical decisionmaking for new features and platform enhancements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives
  • Manage existing platform operations while driving innovation and modernization initiatives
  • Establish and monitor architecture KPIs and success metrics
  • Provide technical leadership in evaluating new technologies and platforms

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 15 years of technology experience with 8 years in enterprise architecture roles
  • Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing offshore resources
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and cloudnative architectures
  • Strong background in highavailability system design and implementation
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining architecture artifacts and documentation
  • Strong understanding of data architecture information design and security principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Track record of successful enterprisescale digital transformation initiatives

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred
  • 5 years of experience in technology management or role
  • Experience in at least one major Cloud Platform (AWS Azure or GCP)
  • Relevant experience with Integration Technologies (e.g. APIs ESBs Message Queues)
  • Knowledge of at least one modeling/diagraming tool: Visio or equivalent
  • Salesforce or Adobe Campaign experience preferred

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill set experience and training certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
