Job Opening: Concrete Technologist CTO Hubli
Our client a leading Indian multinational company in the construction chemical admixture and paints manufacturing industry is seeking a Concrete Technologist for their Hubli location. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience and will be responsible for various tasks related to concrete admixture market mapping customer support and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct trials with concrete admixture at project sites and have knowledge of admixture formulation.
- Identify the most economical solutions with admixture to meet customer needs.
- Support the sales team to increase the market share of admixtures and evaluate existing and new customers annually.
- Resolve technical issues of key users and conduct thorough market mapping in the assigned geography.
- Drive admixture business in various segments such as RMC small road projects developer segment and paver block & AAC block manufacturing industry.
- Connect with local consultants/engineers to obtain approvals for admixtures in major projects.
- Benchmark competition products and maintain data on market development or changes in competitor activities.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in admixture
- Age group: 2335 years
- Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) / (Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Concrete Technology)
