Finance ManagerWhat does a Finance Manager do at Fiserv
At Fiserv a successful Finance Manager is at the heart of our mission steering the ship toward financial profitability while championing the businesss vision. In this role youll forge partnerships with colleagues across the organization delivering sharp insights through meticulous financial and operational forecasting and analysis. Your journey will involve financial planning modeling and reporting empowering business leaders to make choices grounded in clarity and confidence. Youll be a catalyst for change enhancing processes and proposing innovative initiatives that align with our strategic ambitions all while shaping the future of our company together.
What you will do:
- Own monthend deliverables including actively supporting the financial close and analysis of results. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis.
- Engage in business partnership to develop and drive indepth financial analysis identifying key drivers trends variances emerging risks and opportunities.
- Enhance monthly reporting/dashboards and other indepth financial analysis to assist executive management in making operational decisionmaking.
- Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of existing financial reporting and forecast models; provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve efficiency accuracy and level of detail.
What you will need to have:
- 6 years in financial analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related fieldor an equivalent combination of military education and work experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience with Power BI highly preferred
- Understanding of essential accounting principles
- Proficiency with Tableau SAP and Oracle
- MBA Degree

Salary Range
$96200.00 $164900.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
