Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum 3 years in user experience design or equivalent role with digital products and services.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs using tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in designing user experiences across web mobile and digital channels.
- Experience interpreting complex data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with Jira and Lucid.
- Understanding of research practices.
