Title: Administrative Assistantto Superintendent
Schedule:8am5pm / MondayFriday / 261 days per year
Pay: $18.04$20.61 per hour
Reports to: Superintendent of Schools
Purpose and Objectives of the Position: The Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent assists the Superintendent with paperwork and work projects so the administrator may devote maximum attention to the central problems of education and educational administration. To accomplish these tasks the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent works closely with the staff and administration handles confidential information and frequent contact with all levels of district employees outside agencies and the general public.

- Ability to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with members of the school district and commu

II.Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
- Requires prolonged sitting or standing and use of equipment including repetitive motions and computer eye fatigue.

- Assists the Superintendent in providing the Board of Education members pertinent information and telephone communication when circumstances require immediate
- Ability to distribute notification of meetings to Board of Education members Administrators Superintendents Curriculum Cabinet Parent Advisory Council and Teacher Advisory

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- High school diploma or
- Two years office experie

- Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databa
