About the Role
Victaulic is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Representative (TR) to join our Energy team focusing on the Oil Sands sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders within the Oil Sands community including Owners Engineers Fabricators Contractors and Distributors.
As our onsite representative youll play a key role in fostering relationships and driving sales while being an integral part of the local Oil Sands network.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Call on Oil Sands Owners Engineers Fabricators Contractors and Distributors to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Community Presence: Serve as a representative of Victaulic within the local Oil Sands community. Previous onsite exposure in Oil Sands projects is preferred but not required.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying new projects and opportunities to overseeing installations and providing followup support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the Oil Sands Metro Team located in Fort McMurray and Calgary.
Travel Requirements
- Travel is approximately 2025 primarily within Alberta including Fort McMurray Edmonton and Calgary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in sales with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Oil Sands or related industries.
- Skills: Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on consultative selling and client collaboration.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Oil Sands industry is a strong asset but not mandatory.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Salary: $75 95k (based on experience) (car uncapped commission & bonus)
