Description

SUMMARY

Responsible for training and educating internal employees and external clients on using web application and enterprise level software systems report generation and report interpretation.

Trains existing client management staff on essential functions of their jobs system upgrades and processes. This role involves preparing for and delivering both group training sessions and oneonone coaching while ensuring that learners achieve proficiency in using the system effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients proprietary information.
  • Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for employees and clients that are customized based on their training needs.
  • Facilitates group training sessions and provide individual coaching to ensure understanding of Core system functionality report analysis and other CDS Global client related processes.
  • Creates coordinates and maintains training materials. (e.g. manuals guides video tutorials tests homework in class worksheets guest speakers etc.
  • Stays up to date on system features and updates to continuously improve training relevance and quality in order to provide training to client management.
  • Collaborates with other CDS Global teams to ensure efficient and accurate interactions and processes to manage client needs.
  • Communicates changes from other departments and explains how they will affect Client Services.
  • Collaborates with other CDS Global teams to update and maintain manuals procedures and documents for Client Services.
  • Offers posttraining support to employees and clients responding to questions and troubleshooting efficiently. Fills in on teams when assistance is needed.
  • Promotes a professional working relationship with Client Services staff and staff from other departments within CDS Global.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to identify training needs and provide feedback for system improvements.
  • Assess training program effectiveness through feedback testing and performance evaluations.
  • Facilitates meetings and discussions.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations when requested.
  • Assists management in departmental communications.
  • Trains other departments and clients.
  • Consults with clients and Client Services staff e.g. Client Managers Client Directors etc. on training needs.
  • Organizes tasks and multiple resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
  • Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees client managers clients and/or vendors in team oriented environment.
  • Continually learns and applies new information in fastpaced dynamic technical environment.
  • Adheres to CDS Global attendance policies.
  • Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.

(The above responsibilities may be performed anywhere from 0100 of the workday.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
  • Works extended hours as required or needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Attends programming release meetings and provides documentation of those enhancements.
  • Communicates miscellaneous information to the department from outside sources.
  • Provides transportation and entertainment for visiting clients.
  • Travels to offsite meetings and/or seminars.
  • Travels to client offices to deliver training as needed.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree inbusiness training organization development communications and/or other relevant degree.Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.
  • Three or more years of relevant workrelated experience including proven success in training.
  • Above average PC knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to develop training materials and manuals that are wellorganized utilizing proper English grammar punctuation and spelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey clear concise and organized information to others using verbal written or other communication techniques.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to objectively analyze a situation using research trouble shooting skills and find solutions based on that analysis.
  • Ability to make decisions on a variety of tasks frequently requiring discretion judgment and initiative guided by general procedures or standards.
  • Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to use and coordinate multiple resources to complete tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete shortterm and longterm tasks with little supervision.
  • Ability to guide others through the work process and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to react to change and remain productive.
  • Access to transportation requiring a valid drivers license proof of safe driving record and active insurance.
