Job Description

HR Benefit/Wellness Coordinator

Overview

4M is growing and that means we need to grow our family of Team Members. Were looking for Team Members that are energetic and highly motivated that want to be part of a winning team. If you are detail oriented flexible and have reliable transportation we should talk.

Job Description:
I. Wellness Coordination

A. Assumes the Lead Role in Championing/Implementation of this area.
1. Chairs/Manages the newly developing 4M Wellness Committee
2. Assumes primary relationship role with Vendor Contact(s)
a) Monitors enrollment and participation statistics
b) Presents options and opportunities for Supervisor/HR Vice President approval
3. Provides continuous communication and emphasis of program goals
a) Fosters and develops buyin at the Operational Management Level
b) Ensures all communication is effectively reaching the intended audience
4. Proactively leads and encourages the search for ideas/materials
5. Proactively seeks effective best practices to improve participation

II. Benefit Coordination

Member Enrollments/Terminations

1. Primary contact for Team Member processes/inquiries
2. Primary contact for PayCor Vendor processes and issue Tickets
and PayCor eligibility and enrollment data entry/uploads
4. Payroll Other Deduction entries
5. Running reports for eligibility ACA/AFLAC/Standard/Union
6. COBRA Enrollments and Monthly Insurance Premium Payments
7. Responds to State & Court Medical Notices and Inquiries
8. Reviews EDI files from Carriers for accuracy and corrections
9. Performs Dependent Verifications and Documentation

B. Open Enrollment(s) All facets of the Annual Processes
C. Perform and Assist with Related Work As Needed
1. Leave of Absence Processes
2. STD/LTD Processes
3. Maintains relationships with Insurance Carrier Contacts
to Acquisition sites as needed or directed

III. Paid Time Benefit Tracking Assists HR System Specialist in eHub/WinTeam
It will be a primary goal for the person in this position to fully learn and understand the Paid Time Tracking system(s) including the how and why of each part of the system in order to back up the Supervisor in case of Absence Vacation Emergency and for Business Continuity Purposes.

A. Routine Inquiries and Troubleshooting
1. Benefit balance inquiries
2. Employee Dispute Inquiries
3. System Transaction Troubleshooting and Repair
4. User Error Transaction Corrections
5. Employee Master File Settings Troubleshooting and Repair

B. Payroll Wizards Accrual and Usage (Primary backup to Supervisor)
C. Acquisition Data Entry Processes
1. Employee Benefit Category Entries
2. Eligibility Status Screen Entries
3. ProRated Benefit Accrual Entries
D. Performs Other Work as Needed
1. Assists with Data Export Projects PayCor and WinTeam
2. Uses Excel to perform advanced Filtering/Data Consolidation etc.
3. Attends Teams Meetings Trainings and Webinars for Development
