As an HPE Global Account Manager you will be responsible for the overall account success strategy development and relationship management. You will work with internal teams to drive customer and business priorities develop long term partnership initiatives and meet and exceed share and revenue goals!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships on all levels within assigned accounts
  • Nurture the accounts at all levels internally and externally to balance customer and Micron needs and profitability
  • Achieve sales quotas and growth goals
  • Drive price negotiations business reviews and forecasting
  • Analyze revenue sales targets demand history and customer strategy
  • Schedule & facilitate weekly or biweekly conference calls with account and internal customers
  • Travel to assigned account sites as vital
  • Give sales presentations to internal and external management
  • Lead interdepartmental relationships i.e. Marketing Supply Chain Engineering
  • Build new relationships within accounts
  • Provide feedback on market conditions competitive activities and pricing

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years experience in the SSD memory or related semiconductor sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • Ability to present and communicate and influence at all levels of both customer and internal executive leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and tackle problems proactively
  • History of achieving and exceeding sales targets
