We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects within the gaming and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing software development projects and collaborating with diverse teams including gaming and nongaming teams.

The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing software development projects and collaborating with diverse teams including gaming and nongaming teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning monitoring and successful delivery of IT projects within the gaming and hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure alignment on project goals timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with marketing teams to define requirements for custom software development and ensure successful integration of marketing strategies.
- Manage project schedules resources budgets and risks leveraging Jira and Microsoft Project to maintain visibility and control.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential roadblocks and implement effective solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance environment encouraging team engagement and productivity.
- Deliver highquality project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management preferably within the gaming and hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools including Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams including gaming and nongaming teams.
- Exceptional communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience with custom software development projects is highly desirable.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Experience managing projects in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with gaming and hospitalityspecific technologies and software solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
