Job Description

- Being the link between our commercial colleagues and the rest of our supply chain related organisation
- In charge of the selling process of resale rubber related products.
- Manage demand planning for a certain group of products or customers including followup of stocks and available material as well as forecasts
- Maintain all Supply Chain contacts with the European sales colleagues
Scope:
- All order handling (sales) of Resale Rubber related materials.
- Handle the whole order handling administration with focus on sales.
- Manage demand planning and order handling administration for a certain group of products or customers including followup of stocks and available material as well as forecasts
- Make sure that available material is allocated properly to the different customers/stakeholders in cooperation with the responsible Product Manager or Business Unit Manager
- Manage and/or followup the transportation and documentation in line with the suppliers/customers and business requirements
- Maintain all Supply Chain contacts with the European sales
- Handle all claims from and towards suppliers/customer and pursue for payment of outstanding debit/credit notes
- Support the responsible Product Manager or Business Unit Manager in the of this daily professional obligations
Order handling:
- Manage the complete sales order handling flow & stock control.
- Assist in the forecasting of a specific product in line with the customer and business requirements and followup allocation.
- Daily register and follow up on orders.
- Make the necessary changes regarding price and delivery dates.
- Process Job orders when necessary eg repacking and liaise with warehouse and carrier
Logistics:
- Monitoring supplier delivery performance for all deliveries
- Arranging shipments via Ravago logistics including material movement & sales order details
- Arrange & make up all the necessary documentation and send to customs in case of export or import
- Develop good working relationships with relevant staff at carriers and warehouses

- Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant experience
- Strong Dutch and English knowledge
