Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in designing developing and executing test automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Java (mandatory).
- Automate web applications using Selenium or Playwright or Cypress.
- Conduct API testing using tools like RestAssured Postman or Karate.
- Perform Performance testing using JMeter Gatling or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Implement CI/CD integration for automated tests.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java (must be very good).
- Handson experience with Selenium or Cypress or Playwright for web automation.
- API automation testing using RestAssured Postman or Karate.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter Gatling or similar tools.
- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience with cloudbased testing platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Exposure to mobile automation testing.
- Knowledge of security testing principles.
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to document and present technical concepts clearly
Education Qualification
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related field
