Essential Job Functions:
- Assist customers; provide a positive experience for guests.
- Post bets from patrons and redeem Sports Wagering Operations tickets or vouchers.
- Process and maintain accurate transactions and reconciliations.
- Understand the Sportsbook House Rules and have the ability to answer patron questions.
- Reviews and Files CTR and SARC under Title 31
- Control and balance cash drawer.
- Provide check cashing token/coin redemption cash equivalents and chip exchange for Casino patrons.
- Redeem and sell tokens. Redeem coupons.
- Communicate with pit personnel
- Follow established house rules procedures and internal control policy.
- Handle customer deposit and credit transactions.
- Operate a Jetsort token counter.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction Togetherness Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.
- Responsible for immediately informing onsite IGC Agent on duty Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company SelfReporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Six months experience in Cage Cashier Sports Wagering or bank preferred money handling experience important.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Basic mathematics skills and computer skills ability to effectively interact with people.
- Licenses Certifications Bonding and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License Level 2.
Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to remain in one position for long periods of time ability to lift 25 pounds frequently ability to work any shift.
