The Helper Bees (THB) is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and . At THB we empower older adults and their families by providing seamless access to quality affordable inhome care providers. What youll do:
As Director of Marketing you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth lead generation and customer engagement. Youll collaborate with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful campaigns inspire a highperforming marketing team and amplify our presence in a fastpaced environment.
- Develop and lead strategy: Craft datadriven marketing initiatives that align with THBs business goals and mission.
- Drive brand growth: Elevate THBs brand through strategic messaging social media and optimized digital campaigns.
- Enhance digital presence: Oversee a website refresh manage SEO/SEM efforts and drive targeted email and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate and align: Partner with sales product and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing enablement tools.
- Analyze and optimize: Use performance metrics and A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Mentor and inspire: Build a culture of accountability innovation and results within the marketing team.

- Experienced: 8 years of progressive marketing experience including leadership roles in strategy and .
- Datadriven: Skilled in analytics and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative: Adept at crossfunctional collaboration and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategies digital marketing and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies with experience in digital marketing branding and sales enablement
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with experience collaborating across departments and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment; familiarity with startup or highgrowth organizations is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a phone and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen)
- This position is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to be in The Helper Bees physical office multiple times each week and during special events as needed. During remote work days this position offers the flexibility of remote work at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of working remotely while contributing to our teams success.
