We are seeking a detailoriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Control executive for GPS trackers. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks on GPS trackers being dispatched through our ecommerce website. The goal is to ensure that all GPS trackers meet our quality standards and are functioning properly before they are shipped to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect GPS trackers for physical damage defects or inconsistencies
Conduct functional testing to ensure GPS trackers are working properly
Verify GPS tracker specifications packaging and labeling for accuracy
Check GPS tracker software and firmware for updates and functionality
Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the quality control team
Collaborate with the ecommerce team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of GPS trackers
Maintain records of quality control checks and inspections
Requirements:
12 years of experience in quality control or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of quality control principles
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with GPS technology and devices (an advantage)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GPS tracker testing and quality control
Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
Certification in quality control or a related field
