DescriptionYou will be a part of our teams efforts to empower the Department of Defenses navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNTrelated successes and threats.
- Plan coordinate and execute complex joint military exercises involving multiple branches and allied forces ensuring alignment with strategic defense objectives and operational readiness
- Create and structure joint military exercises that are innovative realistic and tailored to meet the unique operational needs of all participating forces incorporating diverse combat scenarios and challenges.
- Monitor performance collect data and assess the effectiveness of joint exercises providing detailed reports and recommending improvements to enhance future operations and readiness
- Collaborate with military leadership and external stakeholders to shape exercises that address the specific needs priorities and equities of the customer ensuring alignment with broader defense objectives.
- Customize and adapt exercises to ensure they are relevant to the specific capabilities goals and operational contexts of the units involved optimizing training effectiveness and enhancing mission preparedness.
- Supports customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic operational and tactical exercises.
- Monitor performance collect data and assess the effectiveness of joint exercises providing detailed reports and recommending improvements to enhance future operations and readiness

Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements - Active TS/SCI Clearance
- BA/BS in Relevant Field
- 5 Years of Experience Designing and Facilitating LargeScale Joint Military Exercises
- Must have the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Good communication skills selfstarter mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
