Job Description

Position: Banking Operations Manager (Hebrew)

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Fulltime

Work model: onsite


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee banking operations to ensure smooth account management and transaction .
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions payment solutions and service providers.
  • Manage the opening and ongoing administration of bank accounts.
  • Ensure proper management of banking documentation including compliance with KYC and due diligence processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal company policies.
  • Stay updated on banking trends regulations and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the finance team on key banking initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on financial documentation and reporting procedures.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new banking opportunities and solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and financial institutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Hebrew (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience in a managerial role within banking or a related sector.
  • Strong network and relationships within the banking industry.
  • Proven experience in opening and managing new bank accounts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking processes payment solutions and financial regulations.
  • Experience managing KYC due diligence and compliance procedures.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
