Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator

Project Planning and

Assist in the planning and of projects ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks timelines and resources needed to achieve objectives efficiently.

Team Coordination and Support

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate seamless communication and support. Serve as a liaison to ensure that project requirements are understood and met by all involved parties.

Timeline and Resource Management

Monitor project timelines and resource allocation adjusting plans as necessary to maintain progress. Ensure that resources are effectively utilised to meet deadlines and achieve project milestones.

Quality Assurance and Reporting

Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain project standards. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders providing insights into progress and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background and Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Management Project Management or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination role with a track record of managing successful projects.

Organisational and Multitasking Abilities

Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail are essential.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders fostering a cooperative work environment.

Problem Solving and Analytical Skills

Proactive problemsolving ability with analytical skills to assess project performance. Capacity to develop solutions that address project challenges effectively.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project Asana or similar tools. Familiarity with project tracking and reporting technologies.
