We are seeking an experienced Director of Labor and Delivery Womens Services to lead and oversee Labor and Delivery Postpartum and Nursery/NICU units. This role is responsible for ensuring highquality patient care maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering professional growth within the department. The Director will play a key role in hiring training budgeting and policy development while working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of Labor and Delivery Postpartum and Nursery/NICU units
- Ensure safe highquality and efficient patient care
- Develop implement and assess policies procedures and performance goals
- Manage department budgets and ensure financial efficiency
- Provide leadership mentorship and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Lead hiring recruitment and training efforts
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications: - Current RN Licensure in North Carolina
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification
Preferred Qualifications - Masters degree (highly preferred)
- At least 2 years of management experience
