Job Description
Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a passion for digital commerce and a handson approach Were looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful delivery of eCommerce projects within a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Working Hours: 14:00 to 22:00 (Portugal Time) / Eastern Time Zone (EST)
Location: Remote (Portugalbased)
Tech Stack: Shopify Pack Digital Klaviyo Slack Jira Notion
Tasks
- Manage endtoend digital project delivery across Shopifybased eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely and highquality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Lead project planning scoping and resource management in line with Agile methodologies.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Drive continuous improvement across tools workflows and delivery processes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams on platform integrations and enhancements.
- Prepare and present clear concise project reports and updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Digital Delivery Manager
- Handson experience with Shopify (musthave)
- Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Familiar with CMS tools Klaviyo and frontend frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Availability to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST) 14:00 to 22:00 (Portugal Time)
- Excellent communication skills in English
