To this end we support business owners in planning professional kitchens develop custom solutions for our stateoftheart internal data management and design major marketing campaigns all inhouse. Want to come on board
Your mission
- Provide support for existing and new customers (by phone and written communication)
- Participate in the acquisition of new customers
- Receive and process orders
- Prepare quotes
- Schedule appointments
- Carry out contract negotiations (quantities deadlines delivery routes terms etc.
- Provide sales support for ecommerce retailers
- Coordinate sales with marketing
- Deliver customer advice and care
Your profile
- Desirable: Completion of a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or businessrelated role or initial relevant professional experience in customer service
- Good MS Office (Word Excel) and SAP skills
- Commercial negotiation skills
- A passion for dealing with people and a customeroriented approach
- Motivation and the ability to work in a team
- Very good German skills
- Good to very good English skill; other languages advantageous
- An approachable demeanour and strong communication skills
- Persuasive skills commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
