Job Title: Field Support Technician (FSO with AV Experience)
Location: Chester UK 100 onsite)
Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 technical support for hardware software and network issues
- Manage IT asset inventory including tracking and maintenance
- Perform laptop builds imaging and device refreshes
- Support AV equipment (Crestron/Logitech) for meetings and live events
- Troubleshoot MS Teams video conferencing and office applications
- Document all support activities in ServiceNow
- Ensure compliance with security policies and SOX procedures
Essential Requirements: - 1 years technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac devices
- Experience with AV equipment setup and support
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and MS Office 365
- Excellent customer service skills
- UK driving license
- Must have right to work in UK (no visa sponsorship)
Preferred Qualifications: - Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VPN)
- Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards
- IT certifications (A Microsoft etc.
