Role: Program Manager
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Rate: Negotiable
Job Description:
- Experience as Agile Coach or RTE
- Lead Agile planning roadmap backlog and iteration calendars
- Facilitate feature estimation and Epic rollups
- Improve value delivery via DevOps & Release on Demand
- Work with SPMO for and operational excellence
- Ensure Lean Budgeting adherence and drive continuous improvement
- Lead global agile transformations and complex program delivery
- Define KPIs success metrics and delivery plans
- Align internal/external resources as per program needs
- Manage stakeholders and drive initiatives (e.g. hackathons councils)
- Tools: Confluence JIRA ServiceNow
Requirements:
- 5 8 years in IT Project/Program Management
- 3 years leading large programs
- SAFe/Agile transformation or Agile Coach experience
- Global team collaboration
- Retail/SAP exposure is a plus
Job Types: Fulltime Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru Karnataka
