Job Description
Summary:
Seeking a seniorlevel Power BI expert to own and evolve our BI and data warehouse infrastructure. This role combines technical development with strategic thinking ideal for someone whos energized by chaos values quality and knows how to deliver real business value fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards data models and enterprise reporting.
- Manage daily BI operations and support end users.
- Partner with Finance to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Lead testing deployments and documentation across environments.
- Drive continuous improvement and help shape our BI strategy.
MustHave Skills:
- Deep Power BI experience: Desktop Service Apps DAX M RLS/OLS Calc Groups Composite Models External Tools (Tabular Editor DAX Studio)
- Strong SQL/TSQL and data modeling (star schema multiple fact/date tables)
- Experience with SSRS SSIS SSAS source control and Redgate Toolbelt
- Understanding of DevOps/DataOps CI/CD pipelines
