We are seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team located in Houston Texas. In this role you will primarily focus on the development and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) and other nonERP applications. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with IT functionals in building and developing HR related requirements for a variety of tasks from break/fix incidents to projects changes and enhancements. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Develop new functionalities for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) and other nonERP applications.
Assist in the resolution of break/fix incidents.
Work in collaboration with the IT functional counterpart to build and develop HR related requirements.
Perform unit testing in preparation for UAT/EUT.
Carry out setups and configurations for Oracle Fusion HCM.
Debug issues and monitor Oracle Support service requests.
Contribute to upgrades provide guidance for audit and carry out other related activities.
Use tools such as Oracle Cloud SQL FBDI Oracle Integrator and other related systems.
Work with OCI and OIC Administration ERP Cloud Security Management Single Sign On (SSO) Authenticator and Azure Active Directory.
Requirements
The candidate must possess a deep understanding of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
Proficiency in cloud technologies is essential.
The candidate needs to have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Knowledge of Epicor and Epicor ERP systems is a requirement.
The candidate should have experience in AB Testing.
An understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is necessary.
The candidate must be familiar with Business Process Functions.
Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is essential.
The candidate should be adept in Change Management.
Expertise in Oracle HCM is a crucial qualification for this role.
