Job Description
Senior Oracle Engineer with strong knowledge of Oracle database systems Linux Red Hat and tools such as SymmetricDS. German language is mandatory.
- Configure and maintain Oracle databases on Linux Red Hat environments
- Support and manage SymmetricDS for distributed database synchronization
- Create and maintain shell scripts (Bash) and SQL scripts to control and automate system processes
- Monitor schedule and troubleshoot cron jobs and other automated jobs
- Perform proactive system administration tasks to ensure stability availability and performance
- Monitor job results and system logs to ensure successful execution and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and support
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience with Oracle database support and configuration
- Proficiency in Linux Red Hat system administration
- Experience with SymmetricDS or other database replication tools is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of SQL stored procedures and bash scripting
- Familiarity with cron jobs job control and log/result monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database or system-related issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
