Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a highperforming team of insurance advisors/agents achieving branch targets and ensuring overall branch profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Building & Management:

    • Recruit train and develop insurance advisors and agency managers.

    • Drive productivity and activation of agents.

    • Provide ongoing coaching motivation and performance management.

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

    • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned geography.

    • Ensure consistent growth in business and market share.

  • Branch Operations:

    • Manage daytoday operations of the branch.

    • Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to operational protocols.

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Compliance & Governance:

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms.

    • Conduct regular audits and checks on advisor performance and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline

  • 5 10 years of experience in life insurance sales preferably in the agency channel.

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

  • Strong communication interpersonal and motivational skills.

  • Deep understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.

  • Knowledge of local market and geographical territory.
