You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe ideal candidate will be responsible for building a highperforming team of insurance advisors/agents achieving branch targets and ensuring overall branch profitability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Team Building & Management:
Recruit train and develop insurance advisors and agency managers.
Drive productivity and activation of agents.
Provide ongoing coaching motivation and performance management.
Sales & Business Development:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned geography.
Ensure consistent growth in business and market share.
Branch Operations:
Manage daytoday operations of the branch.
Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to operational protocols.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms.
Conduct regular audits and checks on advisor performance and documentation.
Bachelors degree in any discipline
5 10 years of experience in life insurance sales preferably in the agency channel.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication interpersonal and motivational skills.
Deep understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
Knowledge of local market and geographical territory.
