Job Description
LPN Opportunity 14Week Assignment
- Location: Concord NH 03301
- Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1200 $1280
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential medical care under RN and physician supervision
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Administer prescribed medications and injections
- Assist with personal hygiene mobility and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams
- Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to assist patients with mobility
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay. Both local and travel nurses are encouraged to apply!
