Boss Exteriors is just a better place to work. We are looking for a qualified roofing repair person to grow with our company. Consistent year round work allows our staff to stay productive and continue to grow. At this time we are looking to further develop our roofing repairs department. We want to hire a qualified candidate to plan and perform the repairs but this position has the potential to grow into a supervisor position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Customer communication
- Read work orders
- Calculate and obtain material
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Communicate with internal staff
- Perform high quality roofing repairs
- Inspect homesand conduct repairs or maintenance
- Assess and create bids for customers
- Represent Boss Exteriors high standards in all work performed
Skills
- Proven experience as a roofer
- Self motivated
- Handson experience in working with roofingmaterials
- Excellent understanding of roofingtechniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and hand tools
- Ability to read work orders
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good physical condition and endurance
