Key Responsibilities Area :
Social Media Management:
- Create schedule and monitor engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn etc.
- Monitor social media trends respond to comments and engage with the online community to build a strong brand presence.
Content Creation:
- Develop and curate highquality and relevant content including blog posts articles infographics videos and more to engage the target audience and attract potential customers.
Email Marketing:
- Plan execute and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
- Monitor email performance metrics analyze results and make datadriven improvements.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings increase website traffic and drive conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website analytics.
PayPerClick (PPC) Advertising:
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and/or social media ads.
- Optimize ad performance budget allocation and bidding strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize various analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports present key findings to the team and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Website Management:
- Collaborate with the web development team to update and maintain the company website.
- Ensure content accuracy mobile responsiveness and userfriendly navigation.
Online Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify potential partnerships influencers or affiliates to enhance brand exposure and reach a wider audience.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests on different marketing elements such as ad copy landing pages and email subject lines to optimize campaign performance.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends tools and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and share insights with the team to enhance overall marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency :
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective strategies.
- Social media management content creation email marketing SEO and PPC advertising.
- Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Attention to Detail: Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving so the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends is crucial for success in this role.
