Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Were seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Healthcare Information Management team as a Healthcare Records Intern!
You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and accessible patient medical records.
What Will You Do
Data Entry: Accurately input patient information into our electronic health records (EHR) from various sources ensuring data integrity and compliance with HIPPA regulations.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents.
Whats Available
Internship Duration: 6 months from your start date Ideally April 2025October 2025
Hours: Ideally looking for someone to work 3040 hours per week
Schedule: MondayFriday between 8:30am5:00pm at our Support Services Building in Onalaska WI.
What Do You Need
Currently in or graduated from an Associates Bachelors Program focused in healthcare or health information management or a related field
Strong computer skills
Epic knowledge is preferred but not required
Comfortable working independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality
