Job Description

Schedule
- Fulltime 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Rotating Saturday schedule
Compensation
- Hourly pay rates starting between $24 and $32 per hour D.O.E.
- Overtime pay rate time and a half up to 5 hours of overtime available weekly

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be a positive first point of contact for customers
- Clearly listen and understand the customers vehicle needs
- Writing up customers vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly to the technician
- Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process keep customers updated.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times
- Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries
Requirements Service Advisor
- Service Advisor experience: 1 year
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask
- Heavy Duty truck experience preferred
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Valid Drivers License
