About us:
West Music is a leading musical instrument retailer operating both online and in multiple retail locations across the country. We specialize in providing high quality instruments and unique products to our customers.
The Opportunity:
West Music is recruiting String Warehouse Coordinators to provide overall support to our warehouse operations. This is an entrylevel role ideal for individuals with no prior experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect strings and accessories for accuracy and completeness
- Safely move strings and related items through the warehouse
- Package and prepare strings and accessories for shipment
- Maintain inventory records and documents accurately
- Monitor track and record supply orders and shipments
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new processes
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable using technologybased systems and software

- Previous experience in a warehouse or related environment
- Strong timemanagement skills
- Commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with shipping labels and containers
